General Procedures
The following are our guidelines for disciplinary action. Please note that these are just the general guidelines we follow, and the guild officers may consider certain situations on a case-by-case basis.
- Warning
A formal warning will be issued to the Verity member. This will be in the presence of 2 officers. For each Verity member a log is kept by Zandraya. The formal warning will be logged.
- Probation
If a second incident occurs or the behavior does not change, the Verity member will receive another warning and put on a 30 day probationary period. Again, this will be in the presence of two officers and it will be logged. During the probationary period if the Verity member receives another warning or the behavior does not change, the member will be immediately disbanded. If the 30 days expire, the probation will be lifted (reverting back to regular status).
- Disbandment
The member will be removed from the guild in-game and member access will be revoked on the Verity website. It should be noted that disbandment can occur immediately, should a player’s actions warrant.
