There will almost certainly come a time where you will need help resolving a situation or conflict. Please use your best judgment and follow these steps:

• In an Emergency: If your situation is an emergency, contact a guild officer in game immediately using a PRIVATE tell. Do NOT post your problem in guild chat, or any other public chat channel or forum. An officer will assist you in resolving your problem. If an officer is not available then please speak to a Veteran Member.
• All Other Issues: For situations that do not require immediate officer assistance complete an online contact form. In order to assist you quickly and efficiently, be sure to include pertinent details such as the names of other parties involved, zone(s) where the incident took place and where you can be reached over the next 24 hours. An officer will contact you as soon as possible.
