We Miss You When You're MIA

The guild roster is cleaned from time to time to remove inactive members, alts and initiates. The following guidelines will be used when pruning the in-game roster (last login) and out of game roster (last heard from):

• Initiates - 1 month
• Alts - 1 month
• Members/Raiders - 2 months

Initiates that are removed from the roster will need to complete a new application for membership unless they came to us through the "Friends & Family" policy.

Alts that are removed can be reinvited, but please make sure you intend to keep them active.

Members/Raiders that are removed will be re-invited on a case-by-case basis. Please contact a guild officer if you are trying to get a character re-invited to the guild that was removed during a roster cleaning.
