The meal was quite enjoyable and the mood was festive until a slight disagreement between Verity’s #1 Warrior Piddles and Moroes erupted into a brawl which ultimately led to Moroes’ demise. The ruckus started when Moroes decided that Piddles’ little frog companion Mojo would make for a tasty dessert. Verity’s resident bouncer Roadhouse tried to intervene and calm things down. Roadhouse was overheard telling Piddles “I want you to be nice…until it’s time to not be nice.” With a wink from Pia, who was aching to kill Moroes since we walked in the door, the fight was on. After the fight, Kolus expressed relief that his new green bracers, that he needed off a trash corpse not a half hour earlier, were not damaged.

Verity members attending were mostly undergeared alts and were able to get some nice upgrades. Starting the Karazhan raid were Blueshaddow (Darktouch), Decree (Satanis), Julz, Kolus (Venge), Pia (Éclair), Piddles, Roadhouse (Bodhi), Silentkyle, Whimsy (Zandraya) and Zaphie (Berri). Joining later were Talindel and Wolffire along with his alt Arowolf. Other Verity members not in Karazhan but that were online in-game or in Ventrilo that shared in the good times were Quintus, Eriana, Fragweasel, Thesoup and Verity All Star Raid Leader Ronfar. Verity continued along downing Maiden of Virtue, Nightbane and the The Curator to end the evening early. It was certainly great to get some of the old gang back together again.
